What does a first consultation cost?

Nothing. Your first consultation is free, and it’s a real conversation about your goals, not a sales pitch. If you decide to work with us, we quote our fees in writing before any work begins.

Send us your T-12 and current rent roll, each dated within the last 30 days, and you’ll get a free broker opinion of value within 24 to 48 hours. There’s no cost and no obligation to list. A BOV is not an appraisal. Request your free BOV.

What types of commercial property do you work with?
