Kevin Kohler

Kevin Kohler is National Director of The Kohler Team, a commercial real estate advisor and investor whose work centers on investment sales, negotiation and creative dealmaking. He leads a team serving clients nationwide through the KW Commercial International Network. Under his leadership, The Kohler Team has generated more than $100 million in cumulative commercial real estate transaction volume.

His Fiduciary First philosophy puts the client’s interests at the center of every recommendation and negotiation. Kohler combines an investor’s perspective with practical problem solving: clarify the objective, assess the economics, identify obstacles and structure a path to closing. His experience includes transactions complicated by financing constraints, ownership structures, operational issues and competing stakeholder priorities.

Kohler advises on acquisitions and dispositions across multifamily, industrial and flex, retail, hospitality, net-leased investments, mixed-use properties and land, as well as RV parks, marinas and businesses with associated real estate. His background in business ownership, real estate investment and asset management informs how he evaluates risk, negotiates terms and connects transaction decisions to an asset’s long-term performance.

He began his career in sales and management in 2009 and entered real estate in 2017. Alongside building and leading The Kohler Team, he holds the title of Managing Director, KW Commercial and serves on the Keller Williams Agent Leadership Council. He is a Florida real estate licensee and Licensed Community Association Manager, and has spoken at national conferences on commercial real estate, negotiation, business development and team building.

The Kohler Team also serves residential clients through a separate, independently operated division. Kevin considers his most important role to be ‘Dad.’
